Very good. I'm not a fan of mushrooms. I made this for my husband and decided to try it and i even liked them.
First I would like to say that I love the technique. It was so easy to do, and the clean up was a breeze. The flavor was fantastic as well. Thank you for sharing this keeper.
I was surprised at just how "lemony" these were. They were great. I made them in a real pan lined with foil in the BBQ. Great side with any kind of BBQ.

I made this for my drinks and nibbles evening last night and it was lovely. I baked these in the oven - had so many things on the go that I ran out of room on the stove top. Made as written and will make again. Made for ZWT5.
I used dried chives cause I didn't find dried parsley. I used only 2 garlic cloves. And we didn't use the juice of all the lemon. Maybe half of it. This is great. Great flavors. Thanks Hope :) Made for The Saucy Senoritas of ZWT5
Yum, Yum, Yum~!! Made this tonight with turkey burgers and cajun fries. WONDERFUL! Increased the garlic and followed the rest as stated...cooking it on the stovetop. Delicious!
I can't say anything that hasn't been said. I cooked mine in the foil "pan" in the oven. Lovely!
Love these! I used red onions diced and added some oregano. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes along with chicken. They were still firm and lemony and garlicy. Thanks!
