- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the ingredients together; let set for a few minutes.
- Roll 1 teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove to racks to cool.
I think next time I will defrost the cool whip before I add it to the cake mix. This dough was very sticky; I used a small spoon and dropped them into the powdered sugar so I could then touch them and form into a ball (so they didnâ€™t look like a blob). Very tasty!
Ok so I was skeptical....HOW could this work?! I used it as a last minute fix for a graduation grill out. It made A LOT of cookies..you think TSPs are tiny but they fill out to full size. TIPS: pull off pan when hot!.. watch closely, my oven cooks fast.I used french vanilla mix. made lemon icing,real lemon juice and powd sugar 1:2 on cookies that I did not use powsug and blueberries mixed in on the last bit of batter (juice for icing same way) and did use this recipe exactly the way they said (but with vanilla cake mix) so they made really good sugar cookies!)..I mistakenly grabbed vanilla instead of lemon..but glad I did so versatile! SO GOOD!
