- 1⁄2 box cherry Jell-O or 1⁄2 box raspberry Jell-O gelatin (or your favorite Jell-O)
- 1⁄2 cup water, boiling
- 1 pint white Karo (corn syrup)
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Stir in Karo syrup.
- Use over pancakes, waffles, or fritters.
This is truly easy. I found I like to add a tablespoon of it to my pot of coffee- makes it gourmet! I made the raspberry & am still working on more uses. I did add some to chocolate biscotti with nice results.
This is great! I LOVE cherry so that is what I used and it was perfect. Super simple to whip up really quick and great drizzled over some doughnuts! I used it with these Recipe#53452. Thanks for the neat idea! I can't wait to try other flavors!
