This is wonderful with a pork loin roast! Plan ahead the jelly needs to chill for a minimum of 8 hours before using.
- 1⁄2 cup apple jelly
- 1⁄2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- In a large saucepan stir all ingredients together over low heat until the jelly and marmalade are melted and the mixture is blended.
- Cool and chill for a minimum of 8 hours before serving.
