- 3 -4 lbs boneless chicken
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons paprika
directions
- Marinate chicken for 6 hours or overnight and grill.

Makes a very tasy marinade for chicken. The marinade really helps the chicken stay moist while grilling, and the flavor nicely permeates throughout. I made this as a "dump" recipe, putting everything in a zip-top bag and freezing. Great to have on hand in the freezer for a quick meal later. -
Wonderful, I used zesty italian dressing. -
A pleasant surprise! I was looking for a marinade for chicken kabobs on the BBQ. I did use the zesty Italian dressing and marinaded over night. Before i applied them to the BBQ i sliced a raw potato in half and rubbed over the grill to reduce sticking. This was just what I was looking for to add some extra flavor to my kabobs! 5 stars the flavor in the burnt ends perfection thx for the recipe!

This was OK, but all the honey did nothing except make my chicken burn and stick to the grill. -

A wonderfully easy marinade with ingredients that we usually have on hand. I substituted steak sauce for Worcestershire and only had time to marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts for two hours - but the taste was excellent and the chicken was extremely tender even over the grill. Thanks for this submission - it will be a standby for us from now on.
