This is quick and easy way to make Irish Cream
- 1 2⁄3 cups whiskey
- 3 eggs
- 1 (395 g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (375 g) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cadburys drinking chocolate
- Chill cans of milk overnight (for best results).
- Beat eggs to a froth in a large bowl.
- Add all other ingredients and beat until well mixed.
- Pour into two clean glass bottles.
- Makes about two 700 ml bottles - Keep in fridge.
