I love my iced coffee. I drink it pretty much everyday. This invention came from wanting a little bit of a mocha flavor. It is very very low in calories because it calls for Splenda.
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon ovaltine
- 2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 16 -20 ounces water
- 6 ice cubes

- Mix first 3 ingredients in water til dissolved, add milk and serve over ice.
- Notes: I make a point to buy the instant coffee that dissolves in cold water. If you have regular instant coffee, just dissolve it in a small amount of hot water first then add cool water.
