Easy Hot Cheese Cake

"Taken from "The Pleasures of Your Processor" cookbook by Norene Gilletz at Gourmania.com... a book I could not be without lol! This complete recipe is made on a processor, You can double the recipe and bake in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, this is wonderful to serve at a brunch gathering, any leftovers will freeze very well, but don't worry this will be gone quickly, it is that delicious! Use only dry cottage cheese for this. This takes minutes to make and is very good!"
