It couldn't get any easier & still be tasty - great with roasts or sandwiches!
- Drain horseradish in a strainer.
- I push down with my knuckles to remove excess liquid.
- Combine with remaining ingredients& mix well.
CL, Happy happy tastebuds!! =)=)Changed it just a bit. Used plain yogurt instead of sour cream and it worked fine! I placed the yogurt and the horseradish in a large tea strainer and let it set for an hour to drain. Put it in a small bowl. Whipped it up with some Dijon(Rayes, a local product), a sprinkling of kosher salt and milled some pepper over it.Took your advice and served it with a pork roast and later in sandwiches. Simple but soooooo good! Thanks for posting!
We enjoyed this so much with our Key West Style Crab Cakes. It was the perfect sauce! Thank you, CountryLady!
Nice change. I didn't have enough sour cream so I did 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. It tasted great, so next time I'll use exact recipe. I'm sure it'll be even better.
