  1. Drain horseradish in a strainer.
  2. I push down with my knuckles to remove excess liquid.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients& mix well.

CL, Happy happy tastebuds!! =)=)Changed it just a bit. Used plain yogurt instead of sour cream and it worked fine! I placed the yogurt and the horseradish in a large tea strainer and let it set for an hour to drain. Put it in a small bowl. Whipped it up with some Dijon(Rayes, a local product), a sprinkling of kosher salt and milled some pepper over it.Took your advice and served it with a pork roast and later in sandwiches. Simple but soooooo good! Thanks for posting!

Nice change. I didn't have enough sour cream so I did 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. It tasted great, so next time I'll use exact recipe. I'm sure it'll be even better.
