Super easy, light and zesty Italian dressing perfect for your favorite cold pasta dishes or salads.
- 3⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
- Combine all ingredients in a cruet or mason jar with lid. Cover and shake until blended.
- Store covered in the fridge.
