This recipe has good flavour, but it is very runny. If you are looking for a chunky salsa, this one isn't it. But it is very easy to make, especially for a first-time-canning-salsa experience!

I have made several batches of this I can't seem to keep people from opening them. When I made mine I did seed the Jalepeno and also I used Italian seasoning instead of the oregano

I made this recipe and it turned out great. I used only 1 cup of jalapeno and the salsa was still fairly hot which is ok since my brother and brother-in-law (they loved it) likes it that way. I'll definitely use this recipe again and have already passed it on to my friends.
