This recipe is very tasty, but we followed it exactly and it was way too watery. Had to drain a ton of liquid off. After draining the liquid we only got 8 pints. Next time I think I would hand chop the tomatoes instead of using the food processor.

Made this over the weekend and it couldn't have turned out better. Very clear directions and excellent final product. This will be my go to salsa from now on.

This recipe has good flavour, but it is very runny. If you are looking for a chunky salsa, this one isn't it. But it is very easy to make, especially for a first-time-canning-salsa experience!

I have made several batches of this I can't seem to keep people from opening them. When I made mine I did seed the Jalepeno and also I used Italian seasoning instead of the oregano

I made this recipe and it turned out great. I used only 1 cup of jalapeno and the salsa was still fairly hot which is ok since my brother and brother-in-law (they loved it) likes it that way. I'll definitely use this recipe again and have already passed it on to my friends.
