This is a great 1 pot meal for those times you need something simple, quick and good. I also used chili powder instead of salt and crushed tomatoes. Thanks for posting!
I followed the recipe as written other then I cut the recipe in half. I did omit the salt and added the optional chili powder. This was good and easy to make. Instead of blending my tomatoes, I used crushed tomatoes. This is a nice recipe as it is made with ingredients I always have on hand. Made for Fall PAC 2008.
