From 1001 Low Fat Vegetarian. You can use any herb you want in place of the caraway seeds. Parmesan too!
- 1 plain lavash bread
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 teaspoon caraway seed
- cooking spray
- Spay top of lavosh generously with cooking spray and sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 until browned, 4-6 minutes.
