Easy/Healthy Salmon

- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 lemons (one for garnish)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
directions
- Line broiler pan with foil, place salmon on foil, skin side down.
- Combine soy sauce and the juice of one lemon. Pour mixture over the top of the fillet. Scatter diced onion over the top.
- Slice the other lemon into thin rounds, arrange across the top of the fillet.
- Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.
- Suggestion: serve with rice and steamed broccoli or snow peas.

Hi, I'm Nina and I live in sunny Phoenix. I looooove cooking and trying new foods. I was so excited to find Recipezaar, My family is Southeast Asian so I grew up eating lots of rice, curries and a variety of exotic fish and unusual veggies - my tastes have remained eclectic in adulthood. I have a wonderful "family" in AZ, my awesome BF and our dog Chunky. They are most often my guinea pigs when it comes to recipes.
