I just made a single serving for myself using some leftover hash browns from breakfast yesterday. I used butter flavored cooking spray to cut down on the amount of butter and had to substitute sausage for the ham. It was fabulous! It's funny how half of it filled me up when I used the same amount of sausage, eggs, and hash browns that would be served separately in a regular breakfast for one person. This is a definitely a "do again" recipe. Thanks for sharing Kimberley!

OMG this was FABULAS WOW easy tasty and I am going to give this one out mu DH and Kids Loved it my little one is real picky at what they will eat and my 7 year old loved it this not only a great receipe. But next time i am going to try different meat inside we all loved the ham next time i will try Salami and make multiple receiles out of this one GREAT STUFF Thank You Kimberley for making my 7 year old happy as well as the rest of the family
Wow that's a whole lotta butter! I only used 1/3 of the amount called for and it was still swimming in so much butter that it was inedible.
I really like this recipe, and I'm not a fan of quiche. Its very easy and my family really enjoyed it. I used leftover ham, that I sliced and fried in a skillet to crisp it up before adding. This would also be good with made with cooked bacon instead of the ham. I didnt have swiss cheese, so I used a mozza & cheddar combo, it was great!
Great recipe. I didn't have any ham, but cut up some deli pastrami. I used fat-free half and half instead of the cream. Thanks so much!
