This was a winner at my house with the gang. We all loved them! I can't wait to show off this recipe at my sister's house over the 4th! Thank you for sharing!
Absolutely, positively fabulous! I love this method of cooking with no pan to wash. The shrimp were beautifully moist and tasty and it made a wonderful sauce on the bottom of the foil pan which I poured over our side dish of rice. I will, however, eliminate the salt next time. This will be one of my all time favorite shrimp recipes and I thank you so much for sharing it.
Devine shrimp!! Loved the garlic flavor. Make sure to have some crusty bread to use for the "sauce" at the bottom of your shrimp boat! Mama - I can always count on you for a great recipe! And no clean-up!! Perfect! Made for the Babes of ZWT4.
