So easy it almost hurts. Can be served as a side dish or meatless entree.
- Brush olive oil on the mushroom slices, sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Grill over indirect heat 8-10 minutes per side.
We used one very large mushroom and grilled 10 minutes each side. Oh my!! This was SO incredibly good I couldnt believe it was so easy! We set the steaks aside and finished the mushroom instead.
Really easy and perfect when you have one lonely big portobello left and you are wondering what to do with it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everyone gobbled this up. Including the 9 month old and the 3 year old.
