  • Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and tarragon in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the chicken (both sides) in the sauce.
  • Grill the chicken 5-6 minutes, until done.
  • Enjoy.

  1. I made this last night. It was very good!! Good and Easy are 2 of my favorite things on a work night!! Only thing changed..was I added a little crushed garlic to the mixture...and used both fresh and dried tarragon (love the flavor) Thank you for the great recipe!
     
  2. Omg. This is so good. I read reviews and thought I am going to try this tonight March 6th. It’s excellent. I had only 2 Tbsp. of Dijon Mustard and added 1 Tbsp. of Sierra Nevada spicy mustard. Added dried tarragon. Perfect. I forgot to take a picture.
     
  3. This was wonderful and so easy to make! We served ours on a bed of salad and squeezed some lemon on the top too; really amazing and simple weeknight dinner!
     
  4. This was the first BBQ of the "season" and it worked well. I used fresh tarragon (one of my favourite herbs) and lots of it. Didn't change anything and it was great. Simple dish that could be company fare. Thanks for the post.
