  1. Just Wonderful! I used half panko and half breadcrumbs. I had to tent the chicken towards the end of cooking time because it was getting too dark. Next time I will just cook the chicken in the lower half of the oven. I think that will help keep the chicken from getting soggy on the bottom too. I LOVED the flavor on the chicken, but thought the Greek seasoning I used was a little to salty. Thank you so much, your recipe is delicious!

  2. Delicious! I didnt have Greek seasoning, so i used Breadcrumbs with Roasted Garlic & Spices... Tasted wonderful especially with the veggies & rice! Thanks for the easy recipe!

  3. This is delicious. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs (maybe 12 or more). I used a bowl instead of a bag. I cooked them 45 minutes and they were ready and full of flavor. So addictive. Thanks Siava :) Made for healthy tag game

  4. The bread crumb mix makes a lot for 5-6 drumsticks, you could easily cut it back by 1/2 or make more drumsticks. The flavours are quite subtle and kid friendly. I did not use a ziplock bag but made the mix in a deep plate and spooned the mixture over the chicken in the plate. I made these drumsticks on the BBQ which worked well and shortened the cooking time. Made for PAC Fall 2009

  5. SO quick, easy to do! Used drumsticks with skin on as did not read the recipe through! Doesn't make a different, taste is great, TRUE! Oil sprayed lightly on top...as thought might get a tad dry...but didn't too! Thanks!

I tried very hard for a few years to learn how to cook well. Unfortunately, cooking is just not my forte, but I still enjoy it and often find inpiration here. <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
