      Add flour and stir until slightly lighter than peanut butter in color.

      Pour in broth and whisk.

      Add soup and stir.

      add Worcestershire to taste.

      Can be seasoned depending on what you are serving it with.

      Worked out well as a last minute holiday gravy. I didn't have worchestire sauce but added a touch of soy and various seasonings.

      We loved this recipe. I slightly changed it just to make it lower fat. I used about a tablespoon of Smart Balance Light butter and another tablespoon of olive oil just to be sure I had enough rue (sp?). I also used 3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour since there was less fat. We were very impressed that we didn't need drippings and it turned out so good. Highly recommended. Thank you for this idea!!
