Sooo easy! My only successful foray into the gravy world so far! (My other attempts were pretty miserable.) Very good flavor, although admittedly high salt content. I only had chicken broth so that's what I used. One reviewer claimed it only tasted like flour and I am just like...baffled as to what kind of mistake they made in cooking it up that they only tasted flour. Like...did they omit the broth?! Ha. Either way, my husband claimed he wasn't hungry...and then had seconds, and thirds, with this gravy.

- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Add flour, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, you want the mixture to turn light brown but not burn.
- Add broth, salt and pepper and continue to stir for 3 minutes, sauce should be getting thicker.
- Move to serving bowl.
