This recipe is very simple, yet the result is gravy that has pleased everyone to which I've served it. I see a review complaining of a flour taste, but I have never experienced this issue. Continuously stir while adding the flour gradually, and you should end up with a smooth, flavorful result. The consistency of your broth/stock/drippings may play into how thick your gravy gets. Sometimes I use slightly less liquid when I'm looking for thicker gravy.

Wow! This recipe was easy and very tasty! I feel like I could eat it straight with a spoon. It came together quick and was great over our meat pies. I used some homemade chicken stock from the freezer. Really, very minimal ingredients made amazing. Thank you!
