  1. Excellent recipe - This is a do again & again. I did not use oil just a spray of "No Oil". Cooked all the ingredients together from start to finish. I only made two generous servings but kept the ginger & garlic at 1 tbsp each. The lime juice is the crowning ingredient. We loved this recipe

  2. This was good. The cabbage was cooked the amount that I like, and the ginger and cilantro were tasty in this. I thought the finished result was too sour; next time I'll be a little more careful about how much juice I drizzle on the finished cabbage. Thanks for posting!

  3. The flavor was rather bland, and the cabbage did not cook evenly. Also hit a few spots where it was really gingers, or peanuty, or too much lime. Mabye saute the garlic and ginger in the oil first, then add the cabbage.

I am a Spanish teacher and my favorite thing to cook is a slow baked Lima bean casserole with herbs de provence. I also love cooking dairy-free with cashew cream.
