  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks (about 3 pounds)
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelopelipton's herb with garlic soup mix
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup butter

Directions

  1. In a 4 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
  3. Mash potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
