Easy to make and delicious.
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks (about 3 pounds)
- 1 (1 ounce) envelopelipton's herb with garlic soup mix
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- In a 4 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
- Mash potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
