Very yummy and super easy. I love it. I used a little olive oil to saute the garlic and used two garlic cloves.
This is very good chicken! I used 4 garlic cloves, which was perfect for our taste. I minced the garlic and sauteed in about 1 T of oil - neither of which was specified, but I assumed! (c: I also generously sprinkled the salt and pepper on the chicken breasts before browning (assumed again). The result was very flavorful, moist chicken that was easy to prepare and that the whole family loved. Thanks for posting.
