From a magazine clipping. Good as a cake or ice cream toppier.
- 2 1⁄2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in bite-size pieces (approx. 1/2 a large pineapple)
- 1 pint strawberry, hulled and sliced
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled, quartered, and cut in 1/4-in . thick wedges
- 1⁄3 cup light-brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- Mix all ingredients.
- Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minute before serving.
