OK I came up with this for my sons 3rd birthday to go with the fruit skewers.
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 1 cup yogurt, any flavour
- Whip the cream.
- Add yogurt.
This dip is yummy. I used a really thick meditarrean vanilla yogurt, it worked wonderfully in this recipe. Instead of serving as a dip, I opted to pour over fresh sweet strawberries. Absolutely delicious, thanks so much for sharing this quick and easy to make recipe, which I will make again.
*Reviewed for Pick A Chef PAC Sept 09* Super easy and delicious. We used thick and creamy strawberry yogurt and this dip was so, so decadent. We served 'traffic lights' fruit kebabs with red, amber and green fruits- strawberry, kiwifruit and rockmelon. Yummo!! My girls loved this dip. Photo also to be posted
