Easy Flourless Chocolate Tiramisu (Guilt Free!!)

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 2 teaspoons butter
• 1⁄2 cup cocoa
• 4 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup ground hazelnuts
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional)

directions

1. pre heat oven to 350'F.
2. Grease butter on to pan with 1tbsp cocoa.
3. beat eggs till fluffy and set aside.
4. combine the rest.
5. gently fold in mixture into the eggs.
6. note:cake will sink a little.
7. bake for 30 minutes.
8. garnish with fruit or cream.
