I have been using this for years to remove my eye makeup; it came from a magazine and is quite gentle, easy to make and nonirritating on the eyes.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup baby shampoo (I use Johnson's and Johnson's original "no more tears" baby shampoo)
  • 34 cup distilled water

  1. Place the baby shampoo and water in a small bottle and shake to distribute ingredients.
  2. Pour some remover onto a cotton ball and sweep gently over lids and eyelashes to remove makeup.
  3. Rinse eyes with water to clean.

Great! I'm so happy to have found this, since I loathe paying big bucks for premade removers in the store. I used a store-brand baby shampoo and have no problems with any burning in my eyes. It removes the make-up quickly and easily. I've told many people about this!
