    Directions:

      Heat oil in a large pan and add onions. Cook until soft.
    2. 2
      Add ground beef and cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring until meat crumbles; drain and return to skillet.

      Stir in tomato soup and enchilada sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer.

      Spread about 1/4 cup meat mixture on each tortilla; sprinkle tortillas evenly with 1 cup cheese. Roll up, and place, seam side down, in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.

      Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

      Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
