Ingredients Nutrition

  • 946.0 ml low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 946.0 ml ice cream
  • 118.29 ml evaporated skim milk
  • 59.14 ml dark rum (or liquor of choice)
  • 2.46 ml nutmeg (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Mix together first three ingredients in a pitcher and chill covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
