From the Jerusalem Post
- 946.0 ml low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 946.0 ml ice cream
- 118.29 ml evaporated skim milk
- 59.14 ml dark rum (or liquor of choice)
- 2.46 ml nutmeg (for garnish)
- Mix together first three ingredients in a pitcher and chill covered for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
