From the Jerusalem Post
- 1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 quart ice cream
- 1⁄2 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup dark rum (or liquor of choice)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg (for garnish)
- Mix together first three ingredients in a pitcher and chill covered for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
