Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 quart ice cream
  • 12 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 14 cup dark rum (or liquor of choice)
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Mix together first three ingredients in a pitcher and chill covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
