Easy Easy Meat Loaf

"My little brother was a very picky eater growing up and this was one of the few meals mom could make that we could all enjoy with out the whining hahaha... i'll give the basic but now as an adult i like to spice it up with onions and bell peppers or whatever is in the cabinet that sounds good. Thats the point of meat loaf in my opinion! Enjoy :)"

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 3 lbs ground beef
• 2 (4 ounce) cans Pet milk
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 (8 ounce) can rotel (optional)
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

directions

1. Pre Heat oven 375.
2. Mix Meat w/ Pet milk soup mix and Rotel.
3. Put into baking pan and pat down flat over top.
4. Spread ketchup to taste and sprinkle with parsley.
