A good veggie dip that is free of dairy and eggs, but still tastes delicious!! This is from my mom (the best cook ever) but made for my vegan sister. I promise, you won't be able to eat enough of it!
- 1 cup tofutti sour cream
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise brand)
- 2 tablespoons dill weed
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- Mix together all ingredients in bowl.
- Place in fridge for 2 hours to let the flavors blend. Enjoy!
This was an easy and yummy way to use up the dill that we had growing in the garden. It gets better as it sits in the refrigerator and tastes great with veggies & pita chips. Simple & delicious!
