  1. Just wanted to say thanks for posting such an easy recipe that the whole family can enjoy! When you have small children, it is often difficult to add new flavours to a meal without complaint. Not only was this a little different but the kids also really enjoyed it. I will be doing this one time and again. Thanks!!

  2. Delicious moist chicken. So easy to prepare!! Thanks MaeEast! Made this for PAC 2007.

  3. OMG!!! I cooked this for supper tonight and couldn't wait to give you a review. This was "FANTASTIC." I have never used Dijon mustard before and this was the perfect recipe for it. The taste was great and the chicken was extremely moist and tender. My hubby said this is a keeper and believe me that is a heck of a recomendation on it's own!! Thank you so very much for sharing. Also it is a recipe I can use on our diet which is great.

  4. We found this dish to be pretty good. I wish my crust was a little crisper, I am not sure it needed to be covered at all during cooking. I too had to use more breadcrumbs than stated in the recipe. Overally very juicy and the mustard made it very flavorful.

  5. This is a quick and flavorful dinner for 2. I used 1 large, boneless chicken breast that had been cut in half and flattened. The mustard was honey dijon mustard and I needed additional bread crumbs to completely coat the chicken. All in all, a delcious an easy weeknight meal.

Tweaks

  1. Wow, this chicken is fabulous! I couldn't believe how juicy and flavorful it turned out, especially considering how easy it was to make. I had to use soy milk in place of the milk, and at the last minute I realized I was out of tarragon so I used parsley and oregano instead. I also doubled the recipe, and my parents raved about it. I'll be making this one again VERY soon!
