I wanted to try this recipe using lower fat ingredients in hopes of finding a deviled egg recipe that I didn't feel guilty about eating. I used Kraft Free Thousand Island (fat free) and bacon bits (3 grams total fat) instead of real bacon. I actually liked these better than deviled eggs using mayo....the thousand island really zipped up the flavor.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 13 cup kraft thousand island dressing

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half.
  2. Remove egg yolks; mash.
  3. Blend in bacon and dressing; refill egg whites.
  4. Garnish with pimiento or parsley, if desired.
