These are so excellent that I cannot make them fast enough for my family, nor work. I roll them into balls and then immediately roll into chosen topping to be sure they coat and stick. Our fave toppings are nuts, sprinkles and drizzled in white chocolate.

I also tried an oreo truffle recipe from this site, but could not compare to the rich flavor of this recipe and so easy to make.

Easy. Decadent. Heavenly...I am so glad I gave these a try! I only made a half batch to test for a shower I'm throwing, and I couldn't stop eating them. I used flavor oils instead of vanilla, and the butter rum and strawberry ones were the best. I could not taste the cream cheese flavor (I used 1/3 less fat and they were fantastic), they were just so rich and wonderful. I had a little trouble getting pecans to stick, coconut as well, the best coating is the classic--cocoa powder. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Very Yummy! I made coconut flavor with pecan topping, orange flavor with chocolate sprinkles, and peppermint with crushed starlight mints. I couldn't stop eating them! So easy to make! Thanks!

These are so easy and they come out perfect. I bought some gold candy wrappers and gave them to my coworkers as gifts. They thought I had bought them! I can't believe they don't have more reviews!

This was an easy recipe. Be sure to roll your truffles in your coating soon after rolling them into balls, otherwise they start to harden and the coconut, nuts, or whatever else you want to coat it with won't stick. They are very easy to make.

This is the first time I've made truffles that have turned out. These were SO easy! I only had reduced fat cream cheese on hand and was concerned that it wouldn't work, but they turned out great! Plus I think that the reduced fat kind is normally a little softer, so it was all ready to go. I also used 2 cups bittersweet and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate because I like a darker flavor. I only chilled the dough for a couple minutes before shaping because the mixture sets up pretty well just sitting on the counter. I made coconut flavor rolled in coconut, almond flavor rolled in pecans, almond flavor rolled in cocoa, vanilla flavor rolled in Heath toffee bits and my personal favorite... vanilla flavor rolled in CINNAMON (this turned out surprisingly well!) This recipe made about 40, 1" very rich, delicious truffles. These would be great to give as gifts. Next time I make these for my husband and I, I will definitely cut the recipe in half or thirds. A couple truffles a piece is plenty!

I have to agree that this is the easiest recipe yet for truffles and it is quick. Instead of vanilla I have used instant flavored coffees as flavoring. Absolutely delicious! Thanks for posting
