• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 28 g butter or 28 g margarine
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 28 g flour
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 250 ml water
• 1 beef stock cube

directions

1. Put butter into small saucepan over medium heat when hot add onion and fry until translucent. Add rest of ingredients stir until sauce is smooth and thickened.
