Very simple, quick curried prawn recipe for those busy days and nights!
- 300 g cooked & peeled prawns
- 1 (35 g) instant white sauce (I use continental instant white sauce mix)
- 2 teaspoons keens curry powder
- 1⁄2 cup rice
- Boil rice.
- Make up continental white sauce according to packet directions.
- Add curry powder to taste.
- Combine prawns and sauce and heat through.
- Serve with rice.
