Perfect little tart! Hey! I added fresh crab-lump - mixed with the spinach and egg - this is a bit of taste from heaven! I put in individual ramekins - and turned them over after cooling for 2 - 5 minutes. Added a bit of sour-cream to the top for a creamy taste. This is a recipe with endless possibilities! Go for it! I made this exactly like the recipe said and it was delicious, but I can see that it has so many variations you could make with the basic recipe, it's so versatile. I will be making this again, it was very very nice. Thank you for posting. made for ABC tag game 2011

Found this very convenient and easy, I raided the fridge and found mushrooms and broccoli, it is definitely a great supper standby. Also made the Spinach&BlueCheese Penne, a real winner for a pastaloving, and predominantly vegetarian, family. Thanks Julie

This was excellent and is so quick and easy to throw together! I used a 5 oz can of evaporated milk and 5 oz of skim milk in place of a large can of evaporated milk, omitted the onions and added ham and it was still fantastic. I will certainly make this again! In fact, my husband said I could just make this every night for dinner and just change up the ingredients! Thanks!

I did alter the ingredients to fit the South Beach Diet and it still turned out very well. I shall try your changes next time I make it. Thanks for a delicious recipe, Julie.
