I thought I got this off this website but couldn't find it anywhere. I know there are tons out there but this is so easy. My husband loves his family's ribs so I was worried but he gave his mom this recipe when we were done. :)
- Place rib and onion in crock pot.
- Mix honey, flour, BBQ sauce, and mustard in bowl.
- Pour over ribs.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Skim fat off top and serve.
This recipe was average, nothing particularly special. I decided to try is as my boyfriend loves ribs and this was an easy recipe to try for a first go at them, but when they were finished they lacked flavour. The meat was very tender and just fell off the bone, but there was very little taste to them. In our opinions the honey in the recipe cancels out any flavour the bbq sauce has, as I used quite a spicy one. Hopefully will try again, after a few more ribs recipes, but will use MUCH less honey!
