  1. Why do crock pot pulled pork recipes include only an inch of liquid? Is there any harm covering the pork?

  1. Really fantastic barbecue! I doubled it, was a little worried about the amounts of vinegar and worcestershire but it came out delicious! The cumin too! Thanks for a winning recipe Karey1210!

  2. Awesome. And so very easy. I added the BBQ sauce with the rest of the stuff at the beginning and let it simmer to infuse the pork. The hardest part was waiting for it to finish cooking. Thanx!!

  3. This was excellent. I added the cumin in with the salt and pepper rub. Also added some garlic powder. Like one reviewer, I left the pork plain and add the BBQ sauce (and coleslaw) to the sandwich separately.

  4. I have been making this for years now and have discovered pretty much any inexpensive pork roast will work (boston butt, shoulder, etc). Everyone always wants the recipe!! We serve the BBQ sauce on the side. Some folks eat the meat plain!! It's DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for sharing.

  5. I will try this with less BBQ sauce next time. I couldn't taste the pork hardly at all.
