Frozen meatball have a catfood texture and look like mystery meat. Wish I had taken the time to make my own meatballs out of GROUND BEEF! What a waste of time and money.

Taste great I love trying different meatball recipes. For a few different tastes try open pit barbacue sauce or cocktail sauce. You can also add dijon or honey dijon along with any of the above sauces for a twist

Ok this was definately easy which was great. I didnt have frozen meatballs so I used homemade and it still worked great in the crockpot. They also looked great. I really did not like the taste, however. It could me me since there are lots of recipes using these ingredients and all have good reviews but the sauce tasted really sour to me. Even my husband, who will eat anything off a cow, refused to eat them. If you like the flavors of chili sauce give it a shot because it truly is a piece of cake but if you havent tried this combo before, approach cautiously.

These were definitely easy, and they were delicious! I made these for my Christmas eve party and they were a hit with everyone. Luckily I have some left that I think I might serve over egg noodles. Thanks for posting!

Such a seemingly unusual combo of flavors really make for terrific meatballs. I served these as an appetizer for a party with precooked turkey meatballs and it turned out fabulous. I had several requests for the recipe and my husband requested them for dinner sometime. Will defnitely make again.

Texture was great, slightly crispy on the outside, awesome. the chili added a nice little kick. This was when you made them for me, when I made them, not so divine... Will cook for the full 6 hr next time.

I have been making these for years, and they are wonderful! I make them every Christmas, and they disappear. The sauce is sweet, but not too sweet, tangy, but not too tangy... its just right! And the smell of these meatballs is so incredible, your guests can't stay away. :) Thanks!
