"4 ingredients, a couple spices, and *poof*...8 hours in a crock pot and dinner is ready! We served ours over rice...delicious! You can probably use whatever kind of 'cream of --- soup' you have, these are just the ones that I used."

  1. The sauce was too thick, I think. I havent put my finger on what I wanted to change with the sauce, but something more needed to be added. The chicken was very yummy :)

  2. I have been recovering from recent illness and was looking for something easy to prepare for the family. This was absolutely perfect! I did not have any garlic salt on hand, so I used Italian Seasoning, and I have to say this was just one of the most delicious meals I have done in the crockpot! We had not a scrap left over, it was that good :) Thank you for sharing...

  3. One word... NUMMY!!! I made this for supper tonight and it was so tasty. DD and sil loved it. This one is a keepr 4-sure! Had this with some Jasmine rice. It was done in under 8hrs though in the crockpot, I think my daughter's crockpot cooks at a higher temp than mine back home.

  4. This was a very tasty recipe and was quick to throw together and then just leave it until it's time to add sour cream which really added a nice flavor to the sauce in this dish. I followed the recipe exactly as written and all who ate it were please with the outcome. I cooked this for 6 hours which was perfect to prevent the chicken from being too dry. My 6 hour time-limit included the 1/2 hour for adding in the sour cream. I think that 7-8 hours would be too long. I served with rice and a veggie to round out a complete meal. I will be adding this to my recipe box to be used again and again. Thanks Mom2 for a welcome addition!

  5. My DH, who doesn't really like chicken, thought this was a totally yummy dish. Thanks for a very easy and tasty meal. I made this with mashed potatoes and green beans. Great meal!!!!
