I make this dessert often because it's so easy but so comforting
- 2 cups of diced rhubarb
- 1 (10 ounce) box white cake mix
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (2 ounce) envelopeany flavor gelatin
- 1 (12 ounce) can Sprite
- Wash rhubarb and toss in sugar to coat.
- Mix all things well and put into slow cooker.
- cook on high for four hours. serve with Ice cream.
