I was looking for something sweet to use up the cashews I had and boy am I glad I chose this!! I used part milk chocolate, part white chocolate and part butterscotch chips to use up the remnants I had of each and it turned out great!! The nuts I had were not very salty so it turned out really sweet (which I love!) but will use the canned salted nuts next time! Thanks for posting!

Outstanding!!!! My cousin made these for a family gathering, and they barely made it to the tray... we were eating them out of the pan. Next time I make them I will try adding dry cherries... mmmmm!Really easy as well!

This was great and the substitutions you can make are endless. I only had walnuts and 2 oz. of slivered almonds for the nuts and the dessert was delicious. Next time I might try peanut butter morsels. An easy recipe with great results.
