Cook 600 hrs
- 3 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups instant mashed potatoes
- Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 15-20 minutes, drain.
- Saute onion and butter in large dutch oven until tender.
- Stir in next five ingredients.
- Cook over low heat.
- Stir in mashed potatoes.
