Easy "salad" that I eat almost every day in the summer. I don't really measure, It' all guestimates. This needs to be eaten pretty soon after prep, or the cukes start to "weep" and the dressing gets kind of weird looking.
- Mix all together and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.
This was so refreshing. I made this in place of a traditional salad. I will make this again and again. I didn't really measure either and it tasted terrific. I tossed together at lunch and was nicely chilled for dinner. I keep these ingredients on hand. I used Kraft mayo and added salt and pepper to my individual servings. Thanks for posting!
