Serve this with walnuts and mandarin orange slices over spinach leaves.
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pure cranberry juice (don't use juice blends or juices that contain lots of sugarsugar added)
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- Whisk syrup, mustard, vinegar, cranberry juice, and salt to taste.
- Whisk in oil until emulsified. Enjoy.
